Reservation and Cancellation Policies:

- Rental Equipment is reserved online. - It is recommended that you check with your hotel, villa and/or car rental before requesting rental items of any kind. 50% will be assessed if your rental reservation is cancelledprior to the 48hrs (7days carseat) policy. There will be NO Refund if you cancel rental item within 48hours of delivery (7days for car seats). Items are reserved upon receipt of payment. $60.00 short notice fee may be incurred if reserve within 48hrs. (note - 48hrs notice does not guarantee availability or possibility. It only guarantees your not having to pay the short notice fee). Rental request will receive confirmation between 24 - 72hrs of payment. - Cancellation notice is your and not necessarily that of the Concierge, your Agent and/or Travel Agency (as they may be unable to notify us in a timely manner). - Changes or adjustments to your reservation after being confirmed should be made via phone. Cancellation is NOT accepted via email or text within 3 days of service. - Payment is processed via pay pal. You DO NOT need a Pay pal account to complete your payment transaction (direction is provided in what to do). - Item(s) will be delivered and retrieved by Caribbean Nanny Services ONLY (a delivery fee may be applied if nanny service is not reserved at the same time). - It is your responsibility to secure all items. You will be billed for missing or damaged/destroyed items. - It is recommended that all rented items be treated as if it was your own. Other clients has to use it and would like it to me nicely kept (like it was when you received it) - Fee and terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. |
