Client Agreement

Payment Policy:

Full Payment is due for the package selected. You will be billed $30.00 for the first hour that exceeds the package previously paid for and $20.00 per hour thereafter. Amex., Visa, Master Card, Discover, or Debit Card are acceptable via PayPal. You can also take advantage of PayPal’s “Bill Me Later” payment option. You DO NOT need a PayPal account in order to do business with PayPal.

Adequate planning is required when making a reservation in order to secure a Nanny for extended hours. Change of plans may hinder the Nanny’s next appointment.

Gratuities are welcomed and appreciated and should be paid directly to the Nanny. All other payment transactions are conducted online and should NOT include tips. If tips are included in online payment, processing fees will be deducted prior to disbursement.

Additional fees apply for services rendered between midnight and 8AM (amount varies). An additional $40.00 fee is attached to services on the following Holidays: New Year’s Day, President's Day, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve &Special Event holiday weekends.

Fees, packages, policies and procedures are subject to change without notice.

Reservation and Cancellation Policies

Nanny Services and Rental Equipment application and agreement requests are to be reserved online.

Each Family is responsible for their own Nanny (for insurance purposes). Cousins and/or friends are not considered immediate family.

Reservation is required 24 to 48 hours prior to service time to avoid an additional $60.00 short notice fee (Note - 24hrs notice does not guarantee availability. It only guarantees your not having to pay the short notice fee). Service requests will receive confirmation within 24 - 72hrs

Cancellation of service must be made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled service time. A non-refundable fee of $60.00 (per service) will be assessed for all cancellations. Note - There is absolutely NO 100% Refund for reservations, unless there is an area or island wide curfew.

Cancellation notice is the responsibility of the guest and not necessarily that of the Concierge, your Agent and/or Travel Agency (as they may be unable to notify us in a timely manner).

Changes or adjustments to your reservation after being confirmed should be made via phone. Cancellation is NOT accepted via email or text within 3 days of service.

Rates are based on per Nanny basis.

Nanny Duties and Responsibilities

The duties and responsibilities of a Nanny consist of the following: Caring for the child/children (feeding, changing and bathing if necessary); supervising, monitoring, and/or entertaining the child/children (to include books, puzzle, games, toys, pool and/or beach, monitoring them during nap time or bedtime), Nanny Services does not include leaving the premises, kayaking, jet skiing, snorkeling, zip-lining and para-sailing or anything that would be considered a liability as outlined in our insurance policy. Cooking, laundry, dishes, cleaning and assembling items are not a part of a Nanny’s duty. If such assistance is granted, it would be at the leisure of the Nanny

Service does not include transportation of any kind in Nanny's vehicle.

Services off property is not covered by Caribbean Nanny’s insurance (to include but not limited to) accompanying to another beach location, assisting with a wedding elsewhere, boat trips etc. If such services are required, they will be done at your own risk.

We will automatically "attempt" to secure you the same Nanny. However, there may be situations where changes have to be made. We will notify you if the need arises.

Caribbean Nanny Services will make every attempt to secure you the same nanny throughout your visit; however, there are no guarantees. We will notify you of any changes if the need arises.

Email and/or service requests will receive a response within 72 hours.

We request that you authorize the hotel provide us with your room number. It is your responsibility to notify Caribbean Nanny Services of any change in room or venue.

If the Nanny appears (at the site) to provide service and no one is at the room or no message has been received, the Nanny will remain at the site for a maximum of 30 mins. before leaving. This will warrant 100% charge. NO REFUND

Nannies are on contract with the Agency and are not allowed to work directly for you or any of the Agency's clients at any time. Such violations will result in termination of services and a penalty will be imposed. All services must be processed via the Nanny Service.

Claims cannot and will not be made for or by anyone not registered with Caribbean Nanny services of their own child(ren). One cannot file a claim as a result of services they themselves did not register with the Agency.

By submitting this form, I am accepting and agreeing to the fees, contract, policies and procedures herein and agree to either pay or authorize PayPal to make payment for services I've selected or that which exceeds my initial request of service duration.
